We provide AI automation, messaging automation, website and app development, business software and related services. The exact scope, timeline and price of each project are agreed in a written quote or proposal.
2. Quotes and payments
- Prices are as stated in the quote. Applicable taxes (such as GST) are added as per law.
- Payment milestones are listed in the quote. Work may pause if a payment is overdue.
- Third-party running costs (for example domain, hosting, AI usage or WhatsApp conversation charges) are paid by the client unless the quote says otherwise.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, content and access needed for the project.
- Use automations and messaging in line with the law and the policies of platforms such as Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) and Google.
- Do not use our services to send spam or unlawful content.
4. Third-party platforms
Some services depend on third-party platforms (such as Meta, Google, Cloudflare or AI providers). Their availability, approvals, pricing and rules are controlled by those companies, and we are not responsible for changes or outages on their side, though we will help you adapt.
5. Ownership
After full payment, the client owns the custom content and deliverables created specifically for them. We may reuse our general tools, know-how and code components, and may show the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Support and warranty
We fix bugs in delivered work reported within the support period stated in the quote. New features or changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the related service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Sitamarhi, Bihar have jurisdiction.
